Bright Brains Global Care has an excellent opportunity for a Care Coordinator to join their growing team. They deliver high-quality, personalised care and support, tailored to each and every one of their customers.
Our client believes in looking after both their service users and support workers exceptionally well. They are looking to hire a committed and compassionate, Senior Care Coordinator, to join their friendly and professional team.
As a Senior Care Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinating/Managing the Care Assistants rota and schedules
- Proving support to Care Assistants
- Maintaining good working relationships with customers and Care Assistants
- Liaising with Customers, their Family, Doctors, Nurses and Social Workers
- Being part of the Emergency on Call on a rota
- Dealing with Care Assistants holidays
- Covering Care Assistant holiday and sickness
The successful post holder will:
- Be a confident communicator with a naturally outgoing and positive attitude
- Have experience within care preferably
- Have knowledge of the local area to be able to Coordinate
- Be committed to ensuring our teams deliver the highest quality care with a passion for care at home
- Remain professional at all times whilst being hardworking, team player
